CTech was established in 1999. We focuse on the research and development and production of specialized exposure machines for the PCB industry. We are the pioneer in fully automatic alignment exposure machine and was also the first to introduce DI exposure machines of high-speed solder mask and thin lines in the country.

Since 2017, CBTech has successively acquired BHT and established Baouha Technology in order to expand its influence in the semiconductor and AOl markets. BHT mainly focuses on the development of mature-process semiconductor equipment, SEMI critical components, wafer transfer modules, and other mass production equipment such as PEALD/ALE and more. Baohua focuses on 2D/3D AOl and has recently dedicated to developing intelligent optical inspection technology with Al deep learning algorithms. In recent years, Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability issues have played a significant role in corporate operations. We have invested substantial resources to provide our customers with corresponding energy-saving, carbon reduction and zero-waste solutions. Through a collaborative process of shared mission and evolving awareness, the group members have gradually reached a consensus on their roles and arrangements.
